Disclosures – Our legal team wants you to read these agreements and agree to them.

Confirm your identity – You’ll need to enter some personal info so we can locate you in our system.

Username – Choose a username that you’ll remember. We’ll check to see if that username is available for use. If it is, great news. If not, you’ll have to select another one.

Password – Select a location to receive your temporary password – either text or email (Important note: we can only send your temporary password to a phone or email address that we already have on file). Once you receive your temporary password, you’ll need to enter it here and choose your new password.

Security Questions – These questions will help us verify your identity.

Confirm your contact info – Make sure you have the most up to date information on file with us. Confirm your email and mobile number.
